This weekend, Woodward Avenue (Mich.) will be filled with auto enthusiasts celebrating vehicles, past and present. And Chrysler Group is joining the festivities by bringing more than 70 vehicles to this year’s Woodward Dream Cruise. The company is not only showcasing the latest models and rich vehicle heritage, but is also hosting a variety of events for Dream Cruisers to enjoy.
The Woodward Dream Cruise is officially Saturday, Aug. 17, but events are going on nearly all week. On Thursday, Ralph Gilles, President and CEO of the SRT Brand and Motorsports, will be part of an Auto Racing panel hosted by WWJ Radio.

1. Ram Truck Reveals All-New Concept Vehicle
Be the first to see the all-new concept vehicle revealed by Director of Ram Truck Bob Hegbloom and Head of Ram Truck Design Joe Dehner , at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 17
2. The West Coast is Coming to Detroit
Ryan Friedlinghaus, owner of West Coast Customs, will be hanging out with his customized Chrysler vehicles at this year’s Woodward Dream Cruise.
3. Design to Drive
Always dreamed of designing your own vehicle? Now’s your chance with the “Design to Drive” program. On Friday, Aug 16. Chrysler is launching a social media contest which allows fans to choose a Chrysler brand vehicle and personalize it using an inspiration board. The winner of the contest will have their dream Chrysler brand vehicle built specially for them.
4. Enter to win great prizes
Mopar will be on-site giving customers the chance to play the “Drag N Brag” video game, take the Mopar “Pit Crew Challenge” and enter for a chance to win $45,000 toward the purchase of any Chrysler Group vehicle and coupons for oil changes and tire rotations.
