Hurricanes, floods, fires. When natural disasters strike, the call for help goes out! That call for help has repeatedly spurred the grassroots volunteer corps Ram Nation into action ever since it was formed in 2015.
Ram truck owners put their everyday lives on temporary hold to fan out in their communities and help haul supplies, deliver equipment, clear debris, and distribute food and water in an all-out effort to help people get back on their feet as quickly as possible.
With the launch of Ram’s ‘Built to Serve’ Edition trucks, coinciding with Veteran’s Day, the brand honors those who are or have been in military service and also encourages Ram owners, and all who want to serve their communities, to become members of the grassroots Ram Nation volunteer corp, with a goal of achieving 1.3 million cumulative volunteer hours of service by Veterans Day 2020. That’s equal to one hour served by each person in our armed forces.
