Hispanic Perspectives: Reflecting Multicultural Customers

The Hispanic Perspectives web series, produced by Chrysler Group to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, Sep.15-Oct.15, covers topics relating to the growing size and influence of the Hispanic community in the U.S. Issues regarding this important community, such as market power and health education, were highlighted in previous episodes. In this week’s episode (featured below), Director of Talent Acquisition and Global Diversity Georgette Dulworth shares her thoughts on the role of a multicultural workforce in today’s marketplace and how businesses can attract Hispanic talent. “Statistically, we know, that a company is more successful selling to a multicultural customer if they reflect that same multiculturalism inside,” said Dulworth.
