The Ram BandVan is wrapping up it’s 2021 Back to Live Tour with a 20-show tour with Indiana-born band Houndmouth.
Formed in New Albany, Indiana, Houndmouth plays with the type of spirit and grit straight from the heartland. The Midwest rockers, guitarist/singer Matthew Myers, drummer Shane Cody and bassist Zak Appleby, cover the whole spectrum of rock ‘n’ roll with their fourth full-length album, “Good for You.”
Their records are filled with guitar-heavy anthems, slow, songwriter tales highlighting characters of the road, and fun sing-a-longs scattered perfectly throughout. “Good For You” bears a hi-fi minimalism that beautifully illuminates the band’s storytelling.
For Houndmouth, the making of “Good For You” allowed a major leap forward in their songwriting and shows the progression from the band’s early days.
