The North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) is now open at Cobo Center in Detroit, and the public can finally get up close and personal with some of the latest models from FCA US in a multimedia-rich display.
For those planning to attend show, and for those who are unable to visit the NAIAS in person but are checking in virtually from around the world, here are five highlights from the FCA US display:
Chrysler Pacifica
The Chrysler Pacifica, which was named the North American Utility Vehicle of the Year and Cars.com Best of 2017, is on display. Production of the muscle car is scheduled to begin in January 2017, and while vehicles are not expected to begin arriving in dealerships until the first quarter of 2017, visitors to the NAIAS can see the Challenger GT AWD in person.
Chrysler Portal Concept
The electric-powered, “fifth generation” of family transportation is on display in Detroit. The Chrysler Portal concept, which was unveiled at CES in Las Vegas, is a vehicle created by millennials for millennials with a number tech savvy features and the ability to personalize the vehicle to meet their needs.
Jeep Compass
The all-new 2017 Jeep Compass, a global compact SUV, is on display for the first time in Detroit. The most capable compact SUV ever features authentic Jeep exterior styling and is packed with more than 70 available advanced safety and security features.
